A Story of Recovery

About the Program

A Trusted Partner in Your Recovery Journey

Great Heights OTP was founded by Dr. Adeyemi Fatoki, M.D., MPH, a board-certified physician with over a decade of experience in addiction medicine. Dr. Fatoki's experience as a former regional medical director for jail inmate care gives him a deep, real-world understanding of addiction's impact on individuals and families.

Our program operates in a discrete, professional office setting — located alongside accountants, attorneys, and dentists. There are no long lines, no loitering, and no stigma. Just compassionate, evidence-based care delivered with dignity.

We believe that every person deserves respect regardless of their circumstances. Our mission is to reduce the impact of substance misuse on individuals and families and help restore lives using evidence-based quality care.
